Best Saltenias are at Tuto Bene, an Italian place the runs a Bolivian menu on the weekends. All the Bolivian food is on point.
Luzmillas is pretty good, but the hours suck.

I'm a sucker for the roast pork as well (#11 I think it is?) ... never thought about adding a fried egg. I'm def doing that whenever I make my way out to ba le again.

whatever you guys do. don't get the "banh mi" or "bulgogi sandwich" from whole foods, it's only $3.50 and pretty big, but tastes like complete shit.
