tint is no longer an inspection item, although you can still get a ticket for improper equipment if its not within specs.
on that note, its also now legal for inspection to have a banner on your windshield, with graphics, lettering, etc. as long as it doesnt come down past the ASI line, you are fine. you will still get ticket for that gaudy ass shit, but a station cannot reject for it anymore.
i cried when i read that bulletin, i used to LOVE rejecting riced out pieces of shit for that.
and seriously, are all people from NOVA this stupid? or does Drag bring out the stupidity in them?

done , ban if you may I careless. Myapologies didnt realze how the system worked for a second my bad its fixed but others need to edit theirs if they took the quote make sure you delete it also
