I wish that there was some way that they could send you to jail even though you're a juvenile.

 

i got caught with that. Went to court Jan 21st. $30 fines.. I explain to the judge the full truth story why i was driving. Make sure you get your license before that. By the way good luck. Hope you get court room 1-c. That judge is cool.

 

I was already in the car before the cop came cuz it was so damn cold. but the didn't see me go anywhere, but i would have gone into someone elses car if i had not already been in my car before the cops came. i have know clue what my lawyers gonna do. i get my lisense on may and my court date is in april and i turn 18 in feb.

and the video thing...who ever said there was any drifting in it. all said about it was it was a video of me just drivin around a little parking lot.

 

He/She will establish character and ask for a minimum sentance/fine or recommend one. It helps if you bring something a long with you to establish you contribute to your community

 

ive been caught driving soooooooo many times its not even funny. i got a good lawyer if you want him. where did you get caught at and how many times have you been caught.

 

you can NOT work something out just becuz he was in the car... it doesnt work that way, and i just read that ur 17, you are just gonna lose your lisence for some more time. youll be fine. your gonna have to pay some fines tho..

 

i was at a 240 meet in tysons when this happend. this is my first time and i've been drivin without a lisense for a while now.
