Whatever you do, always be honest and courteous to the cop. I got pulled over on RT28 by FFX County PD using LIDAR. He painted me going 84mph in a 55mph zone. And let me off the wreckless and just gave me a prepayable speeding ticket. He asked me some questions and I was honest on all of them and at the end he said I can give you a wreckless and have your license suspended but since you were honest to me I'm going to give you a break. Also my exhaust is a 3" catless turboback and was loud as shit but he didn't give me ticket for any of my improper equipment.

I got a 62 in a 35 which also happened to be a construction zone, was completely honest with the cop and even joked with him for a little bit. Let me off with a failure to obey a highway sign. There are plenty of nice and understanding ones out there.

LIDAR is the same concept as a radar gun just using laser instead.

For the OP, make sure you check that it is prepayable. I had a ticket for wreckless which had the box checked that I could prepay it and when I went to do such found out I couldn't. I asked the lady at the desk why I couldn't since the officer checked the box she stated that "you can't prepay wreckless and he should have known better than to check that box." Anyway, good luck!

my valentine v1 did go off but lidar's are too quick and once it goes off, they already have you. the only luck you can have is if someone ahead of you gets painted first and the beam bounces to your radar.

That's why you need a shifter. Detectors are next to useless against laser.
