u can carry a loaded gun on ur person in a car if u wnt smart thing to do is if u get pulled throw it on the dash and tell the officer u have it u need n other permiy unless u wish to carry concealed and then u r still limited to wear u can carry

Don't pull it out and throw it on the dash. Just keep it where it is and inform the officer. My buddy got pulled over on route 1 as we left Shooters Paradise one time. I had it in my cc holster and immediately told the officer I had it on me. Officer didn't mind at all, and to top it off, he even let my buddy off with a warning for speeding.
