HipHop DANCERS!!
We have received a few similar questions about auditions, so here is
the info once again, along with more details.

CULTURE SHOCK, D.C.
DANCE TROUPE AUDITIONS
@ Thomas Circle Sports Club (directions below)
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH
1:00PM - 5:30PM
Registration (free): 1-1:30PM [COME EARLY!]
Audition: 1:45-5:30PM (there will be 2 cuts)
Resume, headshots, etc. are recommended, but not required. You also
do NOT need to prepare an audition routine. There will be a
choreography segment, during which you will be taught a 4 to 6 eight-
count routine. In addition, there will be an optional freestyle
segment especially for dancers who specialize in bboying, locking,
popping, boogaloo-ing, etc. Note: We are auditioning spots
specifically for "freestylers" as well as choreography dancers.
Therefore, in essence, some dancers may have a one in two chance of
making the audition.
We're looking for passionate, creative and open-minded dancers, b-
boys, poppers, lockers, freestylers, old & new-school dancers - all
with a desire to learn, cultivate and share the culture of hip-hop
music and dance.
Culture Shock, D.C. is a non-profit, youth-outreach organization and
professional dance troupe dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles,
physical fitness and community involvement. Culture Shock, D.C. does
not discriminate based on age, gender, ethnicity, race, religion or
sexual orientation. Anyone who would like to audition is more than
welcome.

Inn and it will be right before it if you are coming from all the
