intro - new to region
Howdy fellas -
Just wanted to introduce myself. I just arrived in the area, thought I'd say hello and introduce myself. Not really familiar around here, but thought I would check out the scene. I would post up pics of my car but it's just a stock STi (hatch) so you could probably google STi and come up with better pics than my cell phone.
If you have some good recommendations for tires that will see mostly street time, and oh aobut 3 or 4 track days per year, I'd like to hear your thoughts. I'm thinking NT05s, Kumho XS, RE-01r, Dunlop Star Spec, Toyos maybe.
Thanks!

Re: intro - new to region
eh, i check out nasioc on occasion.
i hear that summit point is a good local track, and that VIR and NJ have good tracks too. i'm from the west, and those tracks were dominated by s2k's for the kind of tire and budget i have available.

Re: intro - new to region
Summit Point is closest and is pretty decent, VIR is the most fun imo, and the only one i've been to in NJ was for ecb3 and it wasn't worth the trip. welcome to the forums
