losing my liscense?
So in july i got a 22 over ticket that was dropped to a speeding by the cop, i prepaid it and everything was fine. I just got a letter saying I have to take a driving course on a Saturday which is fine to. My question is that after I got that ticket but before I got the letter i got a 15 over ticket. Will I lose my liscense due to 2 speeding tickets? I have been 18 during all of these incidents by the way if that makes a difference.

Re: losing my liscense?
(if you to lazy to click the link, but yes ive had friends who had their license suspended by dmv)
Driver Services: Driver Improvement Program
Drivers Age 18 and Over
If you are convicted of a demerit-point violation (or safety belt and child restraint violation) committed when you were age 18 or 19, you will be required to complete a driver improvement clinic.
If you are 18 or older and you accumulate eight demerit points in 12 months (or 12 points in 24 months), you will receive an advisory letter that cautions you about the consequences of violating the law.
If you accumulate 12 demerit points in 12 months (or 18 points in 24 months), you will be required to complete a driver improvement clinic. You must enroll in and satisfactorily complete the clinic within 90 days.
If you accumulate 18 demerit points in 12 months (or 24 points in 24 months), your driving privilege will be suspended for 90 days. Additionally, you must complete a driver improvement clinic before your privilege will be restored. Once your privilege is restored, you will be placed on a six-month probation period.
If you are under age 20, a computer-based driver improvement clinic will not satisfy a driver improvement clinic requirement. You must satisfactorily complete a clinic that provides classroom instruction

Re: losing my liscense?
You have 10 points from two tickets??
I only have 9 (14 - 5 from driver clinic) and I have 4 tickets (one accident, two speeding, one reckless).

Re: losing my liscense?
I love how the government still thinks of driving as a privelage, it is a right. At a certain age it is almost impossible to live without a car, and there aren't many arguements against that. Just cracks me up
Oh ya, when I had to do my driver improvement, I said WTF? I'm over 18, only a few more months till I'm 20 and don't have to take that fucking 9 hour class if some pig decides to ticket me for 46 in a 45 sometime down the line.

If you get a letter to go pick up another letter from teh courthouse, or the DMV, don't do it. It could be a ltter informing you that your license is suspended. If you don't know and you get puleld, you're alright, because you never pciked up the letter. I think you'll be alright. I just got my license suspended.
