Seriously OP. Its not to hard to start your own team. I know you were serious then got flammed so you changed it around. Its ok. Just start off with friends that you know. Get new friends or make friends with people around you with nicer cars. Start building from there. BUUUUT. You have to be able to beat Team Shocker to start a club around here. I already had one from vegas so I skipped that part.
