BY THE 4300-5000K IS THE MAX YOU WANNA GO FOR LIGHTING. ANYTHING HIGHER IS NOTHING BUT A COLOR.
ANYTHING OVER 5K IS A WASTE OF MONEY
4100'S ARE THE BRIGHTEST I THINK. 4300 IS THE NORM I GO WITH.

i have 6000k HID's and i passed inspection a couple weeks ago, and ive yet to have any trouble with them except an occasional person flashing their lights but thats about it.

alright I'll look into...I see what some of the other celica brothers have put in their cars. Im trying to spend $250 or less...
