Check with Phil at J.E.I. (Japanese engine import) they sell front clips so they might put it in for you or know where to go. They are located in sterling off 606.

I miss my old DC2, I should of never sold it. Yeah hit up JEI at 703 668-0666 and tell Phil I sent you. They just got a new shipment in and there are about 5 or 6 ITR front end in stock.
BTW, there are many ways to do this front end conversion. Having it done where it look like it stock is the main key. I've done/repaired a countless of ITR conversion and front end damages. I know there are lot of guys on here are happy with the ones I did for them as well.

if your friend can do all that shit in less than two hours he belongs in a body shop ... just drilling out 15 +/- spot welds on each clip ate up almost an hour for me

Santa Cruz Autobody in Beltsville, Maryland did my Front end couple of years back. Jose (owner) did mine for $1,600 labor incld fixing 2 fender (crush and bent) and paint.
