with renting out you house, you could possibly do it, apartments are pretty decently priced in PWC, farther up here in NOVA it deff wouldn't be possible, but u can proly live off that, id say the house should generate u an xtra 15k a year? modest estimate thou

I can't believe that some people here are saying that "hoodbridge" is so much better than manassas I have lived in both places and I would live in manassas anyday before woodbridge. The mexicans thing is not only in manassas either cuz they are everywhere. And if you want a nice safe place in woodbridge you better be ready to spend top dollar so you can live in one of the very rich neighborhoods.

in "hoodbridge" its not fun having a crip house up the street
or shootings 3 houses down, or gangs walking up the street tryiing to stop cars. and well woodbridge high sucks soooo much ass, ive never seen so many fights lol

manassas is not that bad. Depending on the part, some parts are actually pretty nice. Most people that say manassas is ghetto have only been through manassas on 234 or 28, and never really ventured off the road. Manassas down by 234 and 28 intersection is pretty much old town, and is nice, but expensive. off of 234 closer towards the Loudon and Fairfax border is pretty nice, and off of 28 down liberia is pretty damn nice i think.

like every one has said all depends where you're going to live. because if you go to coverstone or george's town south or any other mexican area something is gonna get stolen lol I live out here in Gainesville and its pretty nice. there really isnt any crime the schools are pretty good and mostly all of then are pretty new and there arent that many mexicans. BTW our house is for sale lol. good luck with the move dude.

If your in woodbridge/lake ridge, all those people work in dc mainly. 2nd worse traffic in the country, so I guess it must be big enough.
