$20,000... a unit. $15,000 when the feds are footing the bill.
Its been in commission for over 2 years with 15 stolen cars found and only 6 arrests, the natures of which are undisclosed (could have been a streaker in a bush for all we know). That's hardly justifiable, as far as I'm concerned...
PWC desperately needs to reassess they're needs.
For example, how about a FUCKING TASK FORCE OR STOLEN CAR DIVISION for they're departments? You know, like real cities have?
I don't think a WOMEN could blow a quarter million in a more fruitless manor.

NO! Because after a few years, the Mexicans will start to become a drain on their society, make them believe that all the menial jobs wouldn't get done on Mars without the Mexicans even know the Martians have others that would do the same jobs with higher quality and faster then the Mexicans. Then the Mexicans demand rights and citizenship because they feel that since they are already on Mars then they are entitled to Martian citizenship and want to be treated fairly despite the fact they broke all the rules. Finally the Martians get pissed at us and come here to kick our asses with their superior technology and then make us take the Mexicans back. I think we would be better off just putting them in the FEMA camps and deporting them.
