Well on my way to school I had a little run in with the law....again. I got pulled over by Officer Kushner . He wrote me up originally for illegal exhaust, but then he decided to write me up for everything that he could find! I got a ticket for illegal exhaust, altered suspension, tags not properly displayed (in the windshield on the front) and another Driving on suspended ( becuase he caught me on some technicality of my restricted license where I didnt goto the DMV within 30 days to get my new hard copy license with the restrictions on the back), and having a radar detector in possesion!!!! He called a tow truck to tow my car, and then 15 minutes later when it was already on its way, he gave me like 5 minutes of notification for me to try and find someone to drive it off the streets before the truck gets here. I called Quang and he asked me "Who are you on the phone with?" I said my friend and he told me that I can't have him drive my car, it can only be my dad! And then once my car was gone, he made me stand in front of his cruiser until he was done writing up all 5 of my tickets in the feezing cold. He also called me "stupid" because I had my track numbers still on the window from Imports vs. Domestics, which I don't think he is allowed to do. This is my second Driving on a suspended, the other one is still pending in court till 12/1/04. I may end up having to sell the RSX because I will most likely get sent to jail and get a suspended license for 1 year with no restrictions for work, or even worse until im 21. All in all its been the start to a horrible day, I got taken to school in the back of his cop car, and taken to the school police officer, lets hope it only gets better

he wasn't... he was driving on a restricted which is perfectly legal if you have permission from the court to drive to school, work, etc... he got a ticket because the cop was an asshole and said since he didnt go to the DMV and get a hard copy of his license with the restrictions printed on it he was driving on a suspended.

That ticket should be easy to get dropped as long as you bring proof to court that it was a restricted.

painting it black isn’t going to help the sound the exhaust makes which is what catches the officers attention more then the “bling factor”.

Where did this happen at?? Which city? WTF? IMO I would almost call this harassment. Do you have a lawyer or something? When is this shit gonna stop?? Do they pull over Harleys and loud ass muscle cars??? I got a drag racer that lives down the street from me and EVERY Fri and Sat you can hear him running his car in the hood screachin tires and shit. You think the cops are gonna give him a ticket NO because he's prolly one of the "good 'ole boys"!!! I feel for you dude.
