the damn thing was lowered, had wider tires on the rear... and the tires were way too small for the friggin huge wheels he had, which stuck out a good 4-6" past the fender. is this a new ricer fad or is he just a complete moron? it was a newer blue jetta in case anyone else spots it. i was near GMU when i saw it.

 

was it a newer jetta...the wheels were a crazy deep dish?? i saw it at tower records last week..looks like a cartoon car

 

Wheels sticking far outside of the fenders was a ridiculous fad way before the rice era. It's something I still do not understand.

 

yes, thats the car. the wheels were like 2+ inches too wide for the tires he has.
