i believe Prime Automotive located in Woodbridge next to Potomac Mills can take care of that for you

I think this is where I took mine, and they went up to 89mph which is what I needed for court.. and I assume you are in a similar situation.

I just spoke with M&M Collision and they stated that they can do the speed that I need so I am going to check them out (they charge $100). Thanks.
