This Smith & Wesson is brand new in the box, it still has the factory oil on the rifle. I took it out one time, when purchased, to make sure everything was in there. It comes with the factory included accessories (Hard case w/foam, paperwork, and one 30-round magazine). Please see the link for a picture on Smith & Wesson's website. If you really want an actual picture, I will take one for you.

I also have this compete lower. It does not come with an upper; however, I have one available if you'd like to buy them together. If you already have an upper or want to buy one later, all you have to do is slap them together, as this lower is ready to go.
The upper receiver specs:
**Upper does not have a bolt carrier or bolt. You will need this for the rifle to function. You can get one online/gun show for approximately $100**
Buy the complete lower and the Bushmaster upper for $600.
To purchase the DSA lower, you must be a Virginia resident and agree that you are legally able to purchase. You also agree to sign a bill of sale to document the sale.
