56cm Giant Bowery Mashup Fixed Gear Bike

This is a Giant Bowery Mashup fixed gear bike. It is a 56cm frame. This bike is perfect for school and that was the reason I bought it. I could ride to campus faster than driving, walking, carpooling, or the bus. It is also a blast to ride and always a head turner wherever I went. Very easy bike to ride, and the seat doesn't hurt your butt. Now let's move to the condition of the bike.
The paint isn't perfect, but it's definitely not terrible. Minor scratches on the frame and smudges. I always thought about painting it but never got around to it. Still has the brake line brackets and water bottle screws. The handlebars are new with the griptape. Bought the bars from statebicycle. It will also come with another set of drop down bars that I was going to make into bull horns but again never got around to it. The griptape is a little faded because it started rain on the drive home after I graduated. Brand new brake from statebicycle. I just had new tires put on in March but the rear tire needs to be replaced already due to skidding. The tires have presta valves with the adapter. The front one is still like new. I believe the rear hub is a flip-flop so you can switch to a single-speed but don't quote me on that, never tried it. I can't think of any bad parts on the bike beside what is already listed, all minor cosmetic stuff and the tire. It comes with the front and rear LED lights (if I can find them).
I'm selling because I'm moving to northern Virginia and don't have room for a bike. I'm not really in a bind to sell it, and this bike is well worth the money I'm asking.
