Private party, it's 18 years of age. However you can clearly tell the now banned 18 year old isn't of mental capacity for such items.

I am not concerned with the law. As I stated above I am not going to sell it to someone under 21.
I have a current offer at $300 and will be selling it tomorrow night if nothing else pops up between then.
