Re: Rare blue nile monitor lizard
I had a savannah monitor that was very aggressive and got big like he does. I'd take him to pet paradise as they know what they're doing when it comes to reptiles. I'd rather see him get a good home than have some random person take him and not know what to do. I'd take him if you want but he really needs an enclosure two to three times the size of the one he's in now and I don't have an available one right now. I MIGHT be able to convince my wife to let us take him but I couldn't pay you for him since money is tight. Best I could do is a 55 gallon fishtank hood/light, airpump, and topfin 60 filter... if you're into the fish thing since I've got that leftover from my freshwater setup. Not trying to insult you on the price, I know he's rare and I know how much the bigger reptiles go for, but I don't know if anyone is actually going to pay those prices. You might be able to sell him at a reptile show. There's also a local org called viiper (virginians interested in protecting every reptile) they might be able to take him in.

no prob. I hope it works out for you... you wouldn't have any orange eyed croc skinks or gargoyle geckos would you? Wife is trying to get 1 or 2 as a buddy for her croc skink.
