Have a seio mp620 propeller style powerhead (large surface area higher flow instead of tiny stream high flow). about half a 10lb bucket of tropic marin bio calcium, most of a 250 mL bottle of reef complete by seachem reef complete, little less than half a larger bottle bottle of kent marine tech-I and little less than half on a 250g container of Reef buffer.
