If you want to meet me in person and refund me in cash thats definitely an option. Right now you want me to get a refund though a paypal claim but give you the phones back separately. I can't do that because I may need to take pictures, etc for the paypal claim.

I was going to order one too,glad i waited.Thanks 03tib but dont give the phone back, So he can sale it to someone else, if paypal sides with you you can throw it in the trash but if he issues a refund i think you might have to give it back.

Mr teddy I. would appreciate you letting us handle this... I am going to have to refund him and then I am going to have to ship them back to the supplier for my pay pal dispute against the seller so I can recover my lost as well....

Do I have to wait for paypal to make a decision or will you refund me directly? Don't really see the point in having paypal make the decision when you already know what needs to happen. Once I get the money back the claim will be closed and I can return the phones to you.
