This being said, the person may be able to purchase it, but if they are living on thier own then they cannot have the gun in the house. Furthermore, someone over the age of 21 must transport the gun from the sale to the residence, ASSUMING the buyer lives with a parent or gaurdian OR someone who lives with them over the age of 21 that has given them written permission to keep the gun there.
How's about you read what you highlighted... "UNDER 18" You can legally OWN and Posses a handgun at the Age of 18...
