People are either don't have a PS3 or photography gear to trade OR they are afraid of the Xbox's history of getting RRoD. It has been fixed and the fan's voltage was adjusted to make it spin even faster to keep it cool. It can be adjusted back to the way it was if you prefer. It works, I assure you and like I said, you can test it out.
I just want another PS3 so the gf and I can play Dead Island in multi-player mode =]

Just buy Cathy her own XBL membership. Way cheaper and its a lot easier plus she gets to play.

Hey, you can use a memory stick to transfer your gamertage from each system. NO need to migrate everything back and forth. Microsoft doesn't tell you that but learned it myself. Also beware with the fat ps3s. A lot of people locally have modded them and then got banned so getting rid of them. The amount of them on craigslist shot up when the banning started a few months ago. Good luck though. Oh ya and also heard Dead Island PS3 has major issues. Good luck though.
