Found a lot of information about Chris Cummings, owner of CGC racing with a local address....turning this on over to the police, hope $150 was worth the criminal record you are about to have.

 

Sorry for the continued thread jack....Cummings called me and said it would ship today/tomorrow and then hung up on me....you have until Friday to get me a real tracking number or the PS3 at my house or this goes to the police and I have copies of the emails, texts, PM's, paypal transaction and phone calls I have made to you.

He's admitted to identity theft to me in an email, and I have multiple paypal addresses, email addresses, and names with which he conducted sales and purchases... all of which he claims are friends names that he went to high school with.

I suggest continuing with taking this information to the local police. I will be contacting them in regards to him on Monday, as well as other local authorities.

 

Thanks for the info I called out a hit on him so he won't be along for much longer.

Good thing I used to work in Private Security so I got connections.

 

I was refunded the amount I paid so I will contact the PD on Monday to close the case.

Debating on whether or not to leave negative feedback for him so other buyers are warned.

He seems to refund everyone after being confronted and using other peoples names (his friends from HS).

I don't know what his deal is, he seems quite a bit psychotic.

I suggest you DO leave negative feedback (or at least post about your transaction experience with him). So, other people will be informed of how he works. He seems to sell items he doesn't own, and hope you don't do a chargeback within the 40 days paypal allots you. Who knows.

If you wouldn't mind, could you PM me the contact information you have for the police you were dealing with? I have some information I'd like to send them, and they can deal with it accordingly.
