89 Si Hatch JDM D15B Turbo

89 Si Hatch JDM D15B Turbo
Prices:
1800 for everything
1350 for swap w/ turbo kit
450 for swap
950 for turbo kit
650 for shell
So I'm looking to get a new car or trade for EK hatch, EG hatch or coupe. I have a 89 Si hatch shell with around 215k on the shell. The Shell is in overall good shape other than it has rust on the driverside rear quarter, which is typical for these cars and the age. The front end is off of the car because I have been painting the engine bay because the previous owner had started painting it and never finished...so I decided to paint it gray and have not finished it either. I will be working on it when I have time, so bay may be finished painting before sale. I can put the front end back on if need be, but I just wanted to wait until motor was in.
Exterior-
Pros:
Brand new hood
JDM Fenders
Mint Headlights, Tailights, Center Piece
Cons:
Rust on driverside Quarter
Car is primered
Sunroof is cracked
No exhaust
Needs windshield
Needs wipers
Interior-
Pros:
No tears in carpet
Panels in good shape
Seats are mint
Dash is good shape
Cons:
Carpet needs to be installed as well as most of the plastics
Headliner is mint, but needs to be cut for the sunroof and put in
No rear seats
Missing center console
Sunroof doesn't work
Suspension
Pros:
Skunk 2 Springs with Gr-2 Struts
Rear Disc conversion
Cons:
Rotor and pads need to be replaced
needs trailing arm bushings for the rear disc, they are shot
Needs the rear disc to be installed
May need other bushings
I will also include OBD-0 Wiring harness with the car, and I have OBD-1 harness as well for extra cash
Any other questions just ask me
Now for the engine and turbo kit
Pros:
JDM D15B purchased from hmotorsonline about 2 years ago with about 40k, I've put another 40k on it since
Motor was compression tested and put down 215 across
No leaks anywhere
Motor ran really well in my EG
Cable SI tranny with 150k
Stage 3 Clutch
Dual core EG Radiator
Stock mounts with Energy Inserts Red
Cons:
Lower timing belt cover has been cut to remove the bracket for mount post
Could probably use a T-Belt soon
Probably could use some hoses because the motor was in an EG
Missing rear motor mount
Needs axles
Turbo kit
Pros:
Ebay 57 trim turbo with minimal shaft play
Very nice MiniRam manifold with 38mm wastegate flange
3" Downpipe with flexpipe
XS Power 38mm Wastegate
Knock off HKS SSQV
Stealthmode oil lines
Tuner toys 2.5" intercooler piping
Mediocre size intercooler, unsure of dimensions
Motorola 2.5bar MAP sensor, goes in factory spot and looks factory
Tuner Toys 550cc Injectors
Autometer boost gauge
Catch Can Setup
P28 chipped Ecu
Cons:
Needs a tune, my ecu was stolen so I had to purchase another which in turn my map is not on the ecu
No fuel pump
Some ebay parts
This car has alot of potential if someone feels like doing the work to it, and I just want to try and purchase something newer and something I don't have to mess with. The motor was in my EG and ran really good, it made about 230whp on 10lbs...which is pretty decent for a single cam.
My prices are somewhat flexible, but I am not parting anything out other than car from swap and kit. I need to get rid of everything. I will part the kit from the swap if I have a buyer for both items. Please no negative comments!
More pics tomorrow!
