chances are there is a sign somewhere in shop that states "not responsible for theft or damage "

i meant that since it was in their care they should be responsible, i know a lot of places that have insurance, but will not cover the car unless it is in the shop, and what i stated in my first post should have made perfect sense.....

just like if someone were to fall outside a shop, the shop is still responsible, SO THE CAR SHOULD BE NO DIFFERENT

b-well where did you get that i said it should be fine to pick the car up if it was fucked up?
