The trick is to know when to use this trick....
Before it gets really bad !!


You need to use a center punch to tighten up the fit between the allen wrench and the bolt.


Here the punch marks have pushed the flats of the bolt inward so that the wrench has no extra play.



Once the allen key fits tightly, 2 people are necessary. One to hit the punch in a counter clockwise (loosen) direction, while the other turns the allen key.

Just don't re-use the bolt !

believe it or not, there is a tool for that since you have the abs steering wheel. man, that would have made it a lot easier, iirc, it was like 10 bucks from snap-on.

bbuuuttt, since you did what i did the first time, some needle nose vice grips worked fine for me.

yea i have the tool.... its a t50 tamperproof torx bit. It was stripped out already......not by my doings.

you should get an easy out tool pretty much looks like and allen wrench that is slighty twisted so it can get more torque.
