i checked about the fans. and they do not turn on how can i fix this?

Only way a header would overheat your car is if it was clogged.

Check for power and ground. Check your temperature sensor.

Let your car warm up, if it starts to overheat and your upper radiator hose is cold change your thermostat. If your hose gets hot and the fan still doensnt work, its the fan relay. Start with supplying a power and ground to the fan just in case the motor crapped out on you.

dude youve got more issues than your car overheating, your'e completely oblivious to how a car works or how it should be maintained. The header has nothing to do with you overheating, youre obviously leaking coolant if you have to keep adding it. find out where its leaking from and fix the problem.. its either a hose or a clamp... or if your radiator is leaking then fix that. Don't do "donuts" because all it does is abuse parts we're gonna have to help you diagonse when they break.
