toss the lid, they can have minor fractures inside of the protective material that will cause them to catastrophically fail later in the future.

well, you got your destined accident out of the way, and now you've realized the potential of an accident, happens to pretty much everyone eventually, at least you were able to walk away and everything.

as for the cause, maybe not enough sleep or soemthing? i know i kind of daze off when i'm bored as shit in my car, never had it happen to me on my bike though, so i dunno.

Glad to see you're relatively ok. I'm sure the next couple of days, you'll start feeling more of the impact from last night. I'm sorry to see your baby in such bad shape, but it's better than you being in the graveyard. Bikes can be replaced or rebuilt, you on the other hand...

damn, glad to see your okay. Try not to let it get you down and shake your confidence. Doesnt sound like you were doing anything stupid, so it was probably just one of those things.

 

Went to the doc. today, got a cast on my hand for 4 weeks. Doc. said Im lucky cause 80% of the people who injure their thumb where I did have to have surgery (Took me like 5 mins to type this, can only use one hand). I will take my crash as lesson. O and i will buy a new helmet.

 

Take your time to heal up make sure its 100 percent and hope you make a quick recovery ride safe.

 

That sucks, now you can't browse the web and wank at the same time...
