450 picked up or 450 + shipping/handling is my lowest amount to go for the ENTIRE PACKAGE! Buy this setup for your F22A/H23A powered Accord/Civic/Prelude and have a GREAT street turbo setup that will net easily 300whp on a 3" exhaust with a dyno tune on a STOCK BLOCK motor.
