and for the parking decks. I know the VCU parking deck on west broad are empty on friday's and weekends because kids go home and the gates are up

HEY! i raced that car!!!! i was at dinwiddie a while ago and at the very end of the night i hotlapped and every time i came around that (former) owner came around too! we raced 3 diff times so i KNOW it was that car
