If the people at the dealership had half a brain they would have known where the car was coming from and at what financial cost to the owner. They could have seriously cashed in by charging him half the money and flew two techs out with all the supplies. They would have made a serious profit and probably made a loyal customer for life.

I don't see a problem with that either. I routinely send my Nikes back to the sweatshop in Taiwan to get the laces changed out.
