Smoke for under intake manifold????

its a coolant leak. thats why its over heating,and smoking(steam)

No, it wouldn't.

Are you sure you don't have a coolant leak? The PCV Hose is on the back of the block, little black box and runs up to the intake manifold for a vacuum source.

He said water level was fine.

Smoke and pressure can come from that hose

ask me how i know.

I just had it rebuilt with new rings, an there is no coolant dripping on the ground

duh because its pressurized its not just going to drip. start it and let it run and I guarantee you will find a leak

well now it smokes out the exhaust so im guessing its screwed up now im just going to go all motor thinks for everyones help later
