A FREEKIN FAKE KIT THAT MAKES THE PSSHHHHHH SOUND?.....wth is that.....$180 jus to make the sound....lmao....imma tellum about that shiz.....knowin him he is gonna wannna get it.....infact hey yall rag on him for that i wanna make him see this thread...he is supposed to stop by mah place today.....

yeah it is.....my friend that wanted to do that shiz...he said that he wanted to get that fake asssss BOV kit......i toldum that he just graduated into bein a true ricer

Since no one actually answered your question (which people rarely do...):
No, he can't slap a BOV on his intake and expect it to sing. You need significant air moving thru the BOV to make it sneeze; you should only be able to get it from a Turbo.
