actually doesnt look bad...but what im saying is im thinkin bout mixing the paint 50/50 with thinner or mineral spirits to the consistancy a lil bit thikker than milk and trying it with a gun...and keep wet sandin...then eventually clear it...i may try ths on a fender in my back yard...if it comes out decent...ill gladly do sum1s car for free as a test subject !!!

ahhh yes, the Krylon King!!! j/p I wish I had some helpful info to add but I dont.
Rustoleum makes a decent spray paint. I would suggest sanding car with 220-320 grit sand paper or gray scotch pad. Use the white masking tape and news paper to keep cost down.
You could also try wiping the panels down with straight windex to pre-clean them.
