Resetting the ECU is going to shed some light onto whether the problem is with the weather conditions or with something that's a learned parameter like the long term fuel trims. If it's a weather problem, there should be no change when the ECU is reset. If it's a learned parameter problem, resetting the ECU will clear those parameters.
Don't be so quick to dismiss things.

Have you checked your plugs? Pull em and take a picture.
New cap/rotor/plug wires?
Fuel pressure somehow get alter'd?
If all of those are correct, remove ecu and let it sit for a bit. I seriously doubt your car would change that much from a simple all motor setup making mid 170-180s. If this were a higher horsepower turbo setup, then I could see the claims.

I do have an adjustable FPR so it is possible that it be came altered. I do not know what it should be specifically for the tune, but I know yesterday that it read 42psi.
Like I said I will be back later to update these possibilities.

It should be a bit leaner at idle. Like dartonh22 said, what is your partial throttle at like 40mph looking like?
(BTW. Are you spraying the car? Why have such a big injector in it?)
(BTW BTW. I had a 81.5 12.5:1 LS motor. RMF header. Crower 404s. Gasket Matched head with me being bored with a dremel. 65mm TB with a Skunk manifold. Made 190 140. Only motor I had that more mid-range than that setup is my b20vtec.)

Take it back to whoever retuned it and get them to check it out. Personally I think it sounds like something on your setup has changed if it went from running well to running pig rich. 42psi fuel pressure is close enough to stock that it should not cause you to run rich.

Hey,
I just ran across this thread, why haven't you told me anything about this. But it definitely sounds like something has changed. If I was to guess, the fuel pressure. But either way give me a call, and bring the car in so I can look at it.
