you can always calcuate mileage per how with your rpm's ive done that on quite a few occassions lol. if you cant figure it out my advice is let honda do it. but its just your speedometer not working and changing clusters wont change anything cept mileage so dont go that route.

Ok, found the problem, wasn't the cluster. It's the damn Speed sensor. Fucking sensors
