the blvd. is that Jefferson. i guess circuit city. i usually see poeple driving around at that time. never really been there. if it is. ill check it out this weekend.

he is talking about the group of ricers and rednecks that hang out in an old ames parking lot, telling people to not be stupid and then they sit there and rev their motors and drive around on pocket rockets.
