I was thinking about notching out the knuckle but didn't know if It was possible to go too far or how think it is. I would opt for pulling/pressing the hub also but im working with very limited money.

If you pull the hub off, and beat the damn studs in and out yourself, you don't spend anything other than the cost of the studs...I give up on you.

I mean fuck dude, is your IQ the equivalent of a Kool Aid Jammer?

Technically, wouldn't this require a new wheel bearing? I dont think I have separated a hub yet and not had the bearing split from the race/hub. You are supposed to press a new wheel bearing on on that occurrence...

Either Way, Your options have been laid out there is really no point in coming back here to ask more questions. It is essentially a simple choice. If you cant pay for the right way, then do it the cheap way.

Drink 12 PBR's and beat the stud out like a woman who don't listen.

If it's an older/original bearing, yeah they are probably done.
These are 200K+ mile cars we're talking about, and you don't have to press the bearings either.

I've never had an issue with a newer bearing though obviously, but that's just me.

OP just sounds really lazy lol
