Re: TopEndUSA's DA Teg SFWD build
Hmmm. Please tell me what we are doing wrong.
BTW, this engine has been in several races. The last car we had it in went 9.8 in the quarter with a stock tranny on the first run. Max power then was 815whp with a smaller turbo and 150 shot of nitrous. The 9.8 run was at 600ish whp.

Here are a few vids from the low boost tuning session.
This is the 539whp pull at 15psi

This is a quick snap of the turbo still spooling after the engine is shutdown

Re: TopEndUSA's DA Teg SFWD build
Well I just got home from the dyno and I must say that I am pleased with what the numbers the car made over the past few days. We managed to get the car to produce 497whp on 93 octane at 20psi, 745whp and 492ft/lbs of torque on race gas at 35psi.
Special thanks goes to Johnny Adams of Adam's Automotive in Crestview, FL was responsible for the numbers the car put down. He spent many hours in the car and shared vital advice. Very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
I would like to thank our sponsors:
BullsEye Power and the Driveshaftshop for all the parts and time they provided.
Thank you is also in order for all the folks that help me in some way:
-TeamTopEnd
-Jeff (ludetrouble) for pushing me to finish
-my buddy Javier (twinchargedcrx) for wiring
-Doug at Hondata (advice)
-Bottle and Mario at TitanMotorsports (advice)
-Tony and T1RaceDevelopment (advice)
-Tony Garcia (Garcia Racing) (advice)
-Tempest Racing (advice)
If I inadvertently overlooked anyone please forgive me.
Here are the dyno sheets from the past few nights. The blue line is the 93 octane tune. The red line is race gas at 26psi and the green line is race gas at 35psi.
This is the uncorrected sheet
