I got pulled in philly one night because I didn't have a badge on my car. The reason I didn't have a badge on my car was because someone stole it that day at school.
Pulled me for license plate bulbs. Asked if I had any weapons, drugs, etc... No. Asked if they could search my car. No. Asked me to step out of the car. Ok.
5 degrees out, asking me why I'm wearing a beany and a heavy jacket.
I kept putting my hands in my pockets because it was so cold.
The driver cops partner with a lazy eye kept pulling his gun, every time I put my hands in my pocket.
The license plate bulbs weren't out. They wrote me a ticket, I went to court and got it dropped.
Also told me my exhaust was illegal, and proceeded to not write me a ticket for it. Just informing me I guess?
Haven't been harassed since.
Most small jurisdiction cops you run into will be a pita and it certainly doesn't help if you are not the same race as them.

When cops pull you over its not a good thing to put your hands in your pockets!
But you got away with it because you are white. LOL

I forgot to mention I was also driving on a suspended license. They told me they should impound the car, but they suggested I just leave it sit and get a ride.
I got a ticket for that too (in the mail 3 months later) and fought it and won.
Being white pays off, except when you're looking for a job.
