Re: NASA Circuitcross #1 Feb.21st @ VIR
Hmmm. I don't think I'll be able to make it to this one. I still don't have my suspension parts, let alone have them installed. Are there more circuitcrosses throughout the year?

This might be a stupid question as I have not covered the rulebook yet, but is weight ballast allowed for Circuitcross? I don't want to have to bump up a class because of weight reduction, I'd rather just use ballasts to recover whats lost.

Sure. The rule is:
"All ballast shall be solid metal such as steel, lead, or uranium, and consist of a minimum of five (5) pounds per piece. Each piece should be bolted in place with through-bolts, fender washers, and a locking-nut / system (e.g. jamnuts, Nylox, etc.). All bolts should be grade five (5). There should be at least one 3/8” diameter bolt for every ten (10) pounds of weight (e.g. 20 pound block uses two bolts)."

Re: NASA Circuitcross #1 Feb.21st @ VIR
Because right now the engine is about 5 times as fast as the suspension, and that just seems like a bad idea for running all out on a track. Also, my two lifters that were took a few seconds to pump in the morning now appear to be getting much worse very quickly. I have new ones on the way but who knows when I'll have them in. We'll see. If I make it, it'll be a later entry.
