umm not taking back the comment about the probe but im sorry about not knowing your last name. jk i like your motor and by putting down a probe I look like everyone else that confroms and puts down probes cuz there a ford product. my bad. also when i raced i was putting it in 3rd and I didnt go to 4th cept for once. car goes to 93 in 3rd so i know exactly what race he got me on. bottom end on my car? lol there isnt much round 100. im pretty sure the car is chipped to stop at 115. and i was driving not my gf. and the person who got 35 over with no lawyer good luck and tell me what happens. and if you see a ricey 90 blue hatch dont laugh it might be me rocking a b20.

They generally consider anything over 90mph as 'killing speed'. The last time I went to court, they were making anyone who went over 90mph (and didn't have a lawyer) spend a day in jail for every mph over 90. So this one kid who showed up without a lawyer was busted for doing 93mph and had to spend 3 days in jail.
There is a slight chance you may have to serve jail time, or at least community service. I would definitely get a lawyer and take those driving improvement courses.

From experince, i got a 100 in a 55. I got a $1000 fine, and 90 day in jail, but suspended, lincese gone for 2 months. This was over 2 years ago. Now i take it to the track, for sure. Oh also 2 years probation. Lawyer up!

I stuck with him asking him questions and shit and somehow I got him to drop the more serious of the two tickets the dragging one. But now I am stuck with 41 mph wreckless ticket and its my first speeding ticket and Im 19. Im going to do drivers improvement but I really need to hear from someone with experience in this matter if I should be represented. i would really like some advice. thanks, David
