I have just experienced probably the worst tinting job ever. I came back 3 times to have my car retinted the same day because all 3 times the car tint had scratches all over. After the 3rd time I inspected the car thoroughly to make sure they didnt screw up again and noticed they cut up my rubber window trim badly! At this point i was very angry and pointed out to the tinting guys the hack job they did. One of the guys called his brother (the owner of the shop) down, as he wasnt there at the time. When he arrived 20 min. later i showed him the problem and he is now ordering 4 brand new window trim (dew wiper pieces) from subaru. I hope this gets resolved soon or I don't know what ill do.

PS. And yes i know i should of went to a better place, I regret not doing that in the first place now, but you learn from experience.

I agree. If they handle this situation quickly and professionally, perhaps you shouldn't bash them so hard. I've been in a similar situation with Diamond Auto Glass, so I can sympathize.

I'm with everyone else, sure they blow at tinting but at least they are not being dicks about fixing what the messed up.

I've had good luck with East Coast Window Tint (Dynamic car audio). Done 2 cars for me with nothing to complain about.
