does anybody know a place that rents out A garage or storage place that allows you to work on small car projects all hours of the day and night in Virgina beach area?

AAAA Self Storage doesn't normally care what you do as long as you pay your rent on time. But I think most of them have gates and limit your time in.

can't work on vehicles in nearly any storage facility. every shop with rental space has business hours. i wouldn't want to rent a place to you if you're going to want access to a garage facility at random hours during the night.
