What do yall think of this turbo car? (no bsers)
I have a very basic setup, no standalone etc...
2001 ITR
Stock Bottom end and head
Rev Hard manifold
Turbonetics 60-1 HIFI turbo
Large front mount w/ custom piping
2.5" mandrel DP
Tial WG and BOV
Vortech 12:1 FMU w/ stock injectors
Missing Link
Acell Inline fuel pump
Made 282whp and 198ft. lbs torque at 7psi of boost untuned, with a stock slipping clutch at 6000ft. of elevation I went 13.5 @ 108MPH with full interior and stock rubber
So im reading through a post on honda tech about turbo r setup's that people are running. I came across this guy and said to myself damn, thats a lot of power for a custom turbo kit only pushing 7psi..i mean so basically hes making over 300 to the flywheel...and spun a lot and ran a 13.5...thats crazy..i dont know if i believe it or not..what do yall think?

I think if it's real, he's had some internal work done.
I don't understand why people turbocharge Type-R's. If I had a ITR or GSR motor, it would stay all-motor. If you want a turboed Honda, just get a LS motor. It makes more sense all the way around.

hmmm, it's kinda hard to say. My boy, ( SpeedyMon ) dynoed at somewhere around 170 or so, and he had a best E.T of 14.00 untuned at around the same boost on a GS-R with stock internals. He is running the Drag3 kit, and was running 17's at the time. Soo, I don't know. I'm not much into these F/I numbers so this is all I know. ( I'm up shyt Kreek when get this GReedy Turbo kit.)

i dont find that unbelieveable at all, very possible, i went 13.7 on 12 psi and i was shifting at about 5k in first to lessen the spinning, 2nd gear started pulling , and i was on shitty street tires, that cars making more power than me on 7 psi than i am on 12 psi, its up to you guys to believe it or not, but its definitely not impossible, shit tucker went 13.4 on street tires in his integra ls with a revhard kit boosting 10 psi, make your own conclusion.......

He's untuned though... that's a big difference. You can't just say 282hp. His torque curve might be erratic and peaky. 13.5 isn't impossible... it's fucking HORRIBLE for 282whp. Now the bullshit might need to be called on his hp numbers, but def not his times.
