Dark Blue Focus ZX3 with Roof Scoop
Has anyone seen this car around lately? The owner lives in Hampton near Bethel High school. It's a young guy about 18 yo. People keep telling me he claims to have built that car himself.
I find that funny considering I built it and sold it to him that way.
Just pisses me off that I spent all the time and $$$ on that car and the little punk takes all the credit.
The next time I have to sell a project, I'll just drive it off a cliff and claim it on insurance....

And yes, he did fuck it up twice that I know of. Melted the Cat once, because he used 87 octane, instead of the 92 that it needed, and he did something to the CAI intake and Over-bored throttle body and had to put it back to stock. Oh well, at least it's slower than it was....

seems to me 87 octane and foci go hand in hand.

The car wasn't exactly stock when I sold it. And with the cat being directly connected to the header, and the combination of some serious ECU tuning(REQUIRING 92 octane), somehow the cat caved into itself and got completly plugged. Maybe melted was the wrong word. It suffered catystophic thermal breakdown in one way or another. When the cat got plugged, it started plowing off all the emissions sensors and hoses on the engine. It was actually running and exahausting through the EGR valve. Weird shit. That's why I have a rotary now, I understand those.
