Put the correct size wrench on the bolt head and turn it.

Seriously you asstard you are going to have to provide a much better description of the vehicle and its current state than that bullshit you posted.

What sort of car is it?
Is the engine in or out of the car?
Are you trying to remove the mount from the block or the frame?

If you are incapable of providing a more accurate description of your problem the best I can tell you is this:
1.Spray the bolt with some WD40 and let it sit for a few minutes
2.Put a six point socket on the bolt and attach your ratchet. If you still cannot turn the bolt then take some steel pipe (3 foot long should do). Slide the pipe over the handle of the ratchet. The extra leverage provided by the pipe should be more than enough to break the bolt loose.
3.Or if you’ve got a good size compressor and an impact wrench use it instead of the pipe/ratchet combo to get the bolt loose.

And you are a fucking idiot if you think anyone can help you when you don't accurately describe your problem.
