Default milky oil help

just swaped out the head on my 93 prelude had h-23 replaced with h22 v-tech now i got milky oil prior to putting h22 took head to machine shop also got a cometic gasket what can it be?

This happened to me once. I changed two hoses on the TB and mixed them up. So look for something like that.

and the deck is probably warped especially if the head when to a machine shop.

Or...the machine shop fucked up the head
